Kaiker Kidz Ambassador Qualifications
Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
Core Qualifications:
Shows kindness and respect to classmates and adults
Follows classroom and school rules
Loves hands-on STEAM fun (building, mixing, experimenting)
Can’t keep their hands out the kitchen or science table!
Shares ideas and works well with others
Is curious and asks lots of ‘why’ and ‘how’ questions
Helps others without being asked
Regular school attendance and participation
At this level, ambassadors model positive behavior while discovering how fun STEAM can be.
3rd - 5th Grade
Core Qualifications:
Maintains good behavior and positive attitude
Demonstrates responsibility (turns in work, follows through)
Shows leadership in group STEAM projects
Enjoys building, coding basics, science experiments, or creative problem solving
Can explain ideas and discoveries to others
Participates in school or community activities
Shows interest in how things work (engineering mindset)
Willing to help lead activities or events
At this level, ambassadors begin exploring STEAM interests while helping lead and inspire others.
6th - 12th Grade
Core Qualifications:
Demonstrates strong character and integrity
Maintains good academic standing
Shows leadership experience (clubs, sports, community)
Has interest in STEAM career paths (engineering, tech, medicine, design, etc.)
Participates in or seeks out STEAM opportunities (coding, robotics, internships, etc.)
Can speak confidently in front of groups
Models positive social media behavior
Ability to mentor younger students in STEAM
Good time management skills
Completes written application and interview
At this level, ambassadors lead, mentor, and begin preparing for real-world STEAM careers.

Show respect for peers and adults
Be dependable
Display kindness and inclusion
Show curiosity and willingness to learn
